The Brooklyn Dental Center

This clinic is NOT AT ALL children friendly. The hygienist was rude and rough with my kids, like she had a problem with them at 1st sight. When doing the xray, she kept pushing the material and ask my son to open wider, at the end my poor baby left the clinic with a nasty bruise on his mouth, and they didn't give any lotion or Vaseline to put on it! The doctor just said *sorry* we don't have anything here, and that she gonna talk with the hygienist. That's it!!! Going to the dentist for routine cleaning shouldn't bring you anything else than a bright smile! Well, it's not at all the case for my son. I hope that bruise doesn't leave any scar on my son face tho. I DON'T RECOMMEND this clinic AT ALL!!!

Its impossible to make an appointment here. Theyre impossible to reach. Totally unresponsive to phone calls. Save your time and money for a business that actually wants it.

They do not pick up despite leaving several voicemails. If you are in an emergency you do not want a practice that doesnt pick up or respond to emails . I suggest you GO SOMEWHERE ELSE there are plenty of reputable dentist in the Flatbush area . Eg Flatbush dental

They dont respond to emails or pick up the phone so its hard to get an appointment. I suggest you go somewhere else . I Was also supposed to get a call back regarding Invisalign no follow up on that as well .
