Ive been going here my whole life. From the kid scared of my dentist to the adult that knows what must be done. Ive trusted these guys the whole way through!

They're friendly. But that's the most positive thing I can say for them. They call themselves 'family dentistry' but they only have one dentist on staff who sees children -- and he's not in the same dental insurance network as the rest of the practice. I specifically asked about insurance when I made our first appointment (we wouldn't have gone otherwise) and they clearly didn't look into it detail - I only learned the pediatric dentist was out of network when they sent the first bill. Because they're not in network I asked for an estimate for a more expensive procedure for my son. They said they'd get back to me with details and then didn't -- and had no record of me calling to inquire. We're going back to our other dentist. I can't recommend these people at all -- too much hassle.

What keeps me coming back to their Park Slope Family Dentistry office is their reputation - always treating me with their calm confidence and modern tech. I continue going to this dentist office because they understand that people are on the other side of their clever tools - they mix science with a reassuring personal touch that reduces anxiety. The front office and dental hygienists (Debbie, Tonianne, Annette, and I'm sorry I forgot other names) are all super helpful and welcoming, going the extra mile to provide insurance advice and relevant documentation. I'm happy to recommend this dentist group, as a bit of an expert, given the amount of restorative work that's been done on my teeth here. Great work! " - Ken Thomas
