        I've been going to Tend for my dental needs for two years and always loved my experience there. Due to change in my work schedule, I needed to cancel my appointment less than 24 hours before my visit and was charged $100 "no show" fee. I attempted to call and when contacting their customer service team was told that "they had no record of that number calling on that date". Despite being a loyal customer to this location and never being charged a cancelation fee prior, I was offered no grace on the matter. Will be seeking another dental provider in my neighborhood.

        I always love my appointments I look forward to them. Today I went in for breezy braces and it was honestly easy smooth and fast sailing I just wasnt happy with the shaping when they had to make sure there was spacing in between, that was a no go for me I kepted bleeding instantly and just needed it to be over.
