From the moment you enter the office of Dr. Firdman and until the treatment is fully completed, you can expect a consistently great experience. Office manager called me 2 days before my root canal to tell me it was gonna cost me 950$ instead of the 300$ that I was told when I was there by the office/billing manager. The person who called was obviously someone else and was very rude, I told her I was in pain and she told me the lady that told me the price was on vocation. So she advised I needed to reschedule or cancel my appointment because I didnt agree to her or office change of price. When I was there they were friendly and billed my insurance with no problem but now this. Seems like a scam to me. For future whoever you have confirming appointments or price changes should be more patient and at least try to contact the manager instead of being dismissive.
