Despite the long wait times and uncomfortable waiting room the staff were friendly quick to reply and the procedures done efficiently. No complaints. Follow-up: returned again 4/8/24 for another tooth canal wait was a little shorter and procedure was quick and painless.

My recent experience at the Dental Place was extremely disappointing. Upon mentioning my reluctance to undergo X-rays, the staff's response was shockingly rude. Despite merely seeking a cleaning, I was informed they don't offer standalone cleanings. When I clarified that this was not communicated during appointment scheduling, I was met with disbelief and accusations of dishonesty, prolonging an already frustrating exchange.After nearly half an hour of back-and-forth, during which I attempted to engage in a constructive dialogue regarding the safety of cleanings during pregnancy, I was ultimately denied the visit and cleaning. The refusal to address my concerns and the dismissive attitude towards feedback, coupled with the poor quality of service, is unacceptable for any establishment, especially a private practice. It's disheartening that instead of striving for improvement, the response was defensive and unwelcoming.In conclusion, my experience at the Dental Place was marred by rudeness, unprofessionalism, and a lack of respect for patients' concerns. I cannot in good conscience recommend this practice to anyone, and I am deeply disappointed by the overall treatment I received.

I had to wait over two hours for a consultation.Which a conservation is really only fifteen minutes It wasn't until I was ready to go that I was called in to be seen. One hour to take x rays and another hour to be seen was the breakdown. And the healthcare was vastly different as i'm originally from manhattan and coming in to brooklyn seeking healthcare services that my insurance provided me with. Which when you try to call you can't get through the line and redirected to send emails for appointment. The worst part for me as a patient coming into a clinic is seeing the staff whisper behind the desk that they don't know how these Patient are going to be seen. And watching people start to complain about When are they going to be seen. I would have liked to been told when I came in if there was gonna be a long wait. Also recently found that the consultation for treatment was incorrect. Finding out from emergency dental services that I have 2 root canals that have to be done How could this place miss that really bothers me. I would never go back here and anyone who reads the reviews. Please believe them do not give them an opportunity. They will mess up your teeth. Or a miss Dionysus with the wrong treatment.

I waited about two hours and a half. Instead of coming to you to do their job they come to you to waste your time. They didnt tell me that my insurance wasnt gonna pay on the phone but they tell me when Im already at the dental appointment. Dont go to this place if you dont want to pull your hair out from all the frustrations.
