Wanted to share the absolutely horrible experience I had with Bay Ridge Dental Group PC. My first appt for a filling, I showed up and the office was locked. I knocked and knocked and someone finally answered. Turns out they closed that day due to a dentist being sick and no one bothered to call and inform patients. I go back the following week and had to wait over 2 hours for my appt and then she numbed me three times prior to the filling. She kept coming in and out of the exam room between numbings, working on other patients, and wasnt properly focusing on me. I got the filling and have been in pain ever since. I called today to report the pain, the secretary said they could only see me this Friday at 10am, I said my son has a dr appt at that time and I can not miss that. The secretary told me there were no other appts till next week. She then mocked me and said something to the effect of, youre in pain but youre gonna wait till next week? I said I am not missing my 3 month old sons dr appt - he comes first. She also laughed at me. I was completely taken aback by her attitude. I said, are you laughing right now?? She then listed other times on Friday, when she had just said there was only a 10am? I asked her about that and she hung up on me! I called back and she refused to let me speak to anyone else and she has hung up on me the last few times I called. I asked to speak to the dentist, she told me that she told the dentist about me, that I am abusive and cursed at her (lies), and that the dentist doesnt want to speak to me. I asked to speak to a manager and she refused. This is crazy. I am a patient in pain due to their practice, I am trying to see someone this week for relief, and this secretary wont stop hanging up on me. I am going to look for another dentist, but they shouldnt be able to inflict pain on patients and then refuse to see them. I would leave 0 stars but Google makes you choose 1 to leave a review. UPDATE: The dentist texted me the same day after seeing this review and said she never said the things the secretary said, and that the secretary would be let go due to her unprofessionalism. She also booked me another appt ASAP and followed up with me a few times afterwards.

Excellent Dental Care by Doctors Vera and Oleg I recently had a root canal performed by Dr. Vera and a crown made by Dr. Oleg, and I am extremely impressed with the quality of their work. Dr. Vera's expertise and precision during the root canal procedure were outstanding. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Oleg's craftsmanship in creating the crown was exceptional, resulting in a seamless and natural-looking restoration. Both doctors demonstrated professionalism and provided me with excellent dental care. I highly recommend them for their expertise and the overall positive experience I had at their clinic.

This has to be one of the best dentists I have ever been too! Everyone is super sweet and they take amazing care of you. I highly recommend them. Dr Pavlova and her staff are the best. Thank you
