About a year ago my wisdom tooth began aching, and I had to look for a good dentist to fix it. The dentist I visited on Ocean parkway suggested no other treatment but tooth extraction. It would be a last resort for me, and I didnt like his approach to my treatment. Also, he sounded so unprofessional when he was addressing me very informally, which was very rude and a sign of bad manners for the medical business. Anyway, after that treatment I kept looking for another dentist online. The choice fell on Dr. Umanoff. And Bingo! I found my dentist. PROS: 1. Always friendly, professional and efficient front office. 2. I had a treatment I was looking for my wisdom tooth: a) The root canal was done. b) Wonderful Dr. Silvia did tooth onlay using the state of art dental technology. She kept answering all my questions and concerns regarding this type of teeth restoration until I was fully assured that this treatment would be the best option for my tooth. 3. Dental hygienist Nadya is a real expert in her area and just a nice person to be around. CONS: none.
