Really thorough and dedicated lawyer who always has your best interests in mind. We needed to have emergency services when our Home care MLTC hours were reduced for my mother in law. Inna went above and beyond and immediately filed an appeal with MLTC and also filed a complaint to the department of health. The hours were restored before fair hearing as department of health was involved. We are very grateful for all the work Inna and her office did.
