1.27.23 - I first spoke to Lena (owner of 26 years) and then I had the in-person estimation with Shelly. I had to move the initial estimation date because meaningful construction was still going on, but they were very patient and eventually completed the estimation and worked with me on the proposal.
The team arrived, including Lena, on time with all the equipment and supplies. I had a team of 3 work on post-renovation work. By the end of the day you could physically feel the cleaniness of the apartment. The contract included an air scrubber, but it was obvious as I checked in every few hours that this team was very thorough and methodical as they went through each room.
I recevied my invoice a few days later and it was clear and easy to understand. If you guys are on the fence about DeepClean NYC, don't be, it's a great service. Services: Moving-related cleaning, Deep clean
