        I went here to pay my mothers gas and electric bill. They refused the payment because they want you to create an account with them. They say its a NEW policy and to make it easier for me. I didnt need an account because I was paying bills for my mother only because she has been hospitalized since January. They wanted to know if she had an account with them and the phone number etc. Why all this when someone is making a cash payment of $30 for gas and $42.96 for electric? I left and went to PAYOMATIC and paid no questions asked.
