When I initially called to discuss the cleaning of my carpets and sofas, I explained how badly stained they were. The person on the phone said she could not guarantee it 100% but they would try their very best. Well, everything turned our super clean and all of the stain did come out. Their honestly really won be over. I will call and use them again.
