Getting through the financial crisis caused by Covid 19 was challenging, but when Omicron hit, it was impossible to maintain my credit card debt. When I decided to switch from debt management to bankruptcy fresh start, I was faced with finding an attorney. I said a prayer of guidance and then looked at the faces of the many options I found on Google. I knew I could trust William Waldner because of the kind, intelligent energy I saw in his picture. When I called his office he was available to speak with me. The only question I was armed with, by a friend who recently did not have a great attorney group practice experience during bankruptcy, was "will you be on The Call with me?" Mr. Waldner complimented me on this question by saying, "that is an excellent question, I will be with you every step of the way". He made the journey clear, steady, and quite organized for me. He was always available and quickly responsive to my questions. "The Call" was astonishingly easy and when it was over, I literally could not believe how smoothly and satisfactory everything went. Talk about guiding spirits. I am a healer by profession (soft tissue injury and acupuncture) and i know I am blessed and guided through life, but to find another human being in the legal field who was so 'I am on your team' oriented was amazing. A fresh start was a lot of paperwork and attention to details but it all went so smoothly under the guidance of Mr Waldner as he ushered me straight through The Call.
