Horrible customer services and lider by name Diana is very rude and not assisting

I went to get a money order and the teller was extremely rude for no reason. She wouldn't project her voice so when I asked her to repeat what she said it was always repeated with an attitude. She made it seem like I inconvenienced her job as a teller by asking her to do a simple request. This is why I usually do my banking on the app because I don't have to deal with horrible customer service.

1-2hr waits to speak to a teller. Not enough bankers at this location.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. Been useing this bank for over 5 years. Very polite, reasonably fast service.

The lady teller Was very rude and was blaming me for She had a very nasty attitude (trying to ask for a simple thing to do ) She said that I want her to lose her job .... And she will be thrown in the streets .... Who talks this way to a customer?? Very very strange experience Not recommend at all ......... Standing next to me was to gentleman That tride to deposit a check and cash it with out a" I D " And the" super nice " lady found a way to help them cash it( with out l of course loosing her job)
