Apple Bank

Apple bank need to change policy for changing coins. I went with $50 in coins and was asked to put my account number on each pack . They were packed in two and five dollar packs. This should never be done , exposing your account to be hacked just for changing coins . This bank need better policies its 2023. The manager states the number is taken after but how many people will see my account # before that.

I have been with Apple Bank since April 2020. I do transactions at many of their branches; mostly domestic wire transfers. About a week ago, I visited this branch and was serviced by customer service supervisor Melina Aguilar. She was very polite, and informative. I was surprised to see that she was a supervisor, being so young, but her professionalism explained it all. Ms Aguilar after noticing my frequent transfers, streamlined my template details to make future transactions faster, and smoother. She also informed of other services and benefits offered by the bank, that would be advantageous to me. I have been to more than 20 branches in the past 2+ years, and have never received the level of service, competence and appreciation given by this impressive professional. I would certainly recommend anyone to Apple Bank because of her.
