        One of the dumbest branches they have, I gave them a 100 dollars to change for singles she tells me your hundred bill has a small ink stain and cannot be taken in the bank ...?? Weirdos please this 18th Ave & 16 ave branches are the worse. Get new employees that are actually professionals not street bums, that aks (ask} questions not relevant to banking.......... Please this use to be such a good bank.

        If I could give 1 star I would. I closed my security box a few months ago in April and was promised a refund. I kept going back to the bank a few times to inquire about my refund and was told to wait for a manager. Nothing was done and still to this day I havent receive my money.
