        Wanted to make a withdrawal but was told that they can do only up to $5K, and when I said it's OK, they said it's gonna be only in $20 bills. I asked for a larger bill since $5K in $20 bills gonna be a lot to carry and not safe, but teller and supervisor insisted on giving me only in $20 bills. It's ridiculous that one of the largest banks in US can't or don't want to accommodate their clients' basic requests. Very bad practice!

        I am leaving 1 star because I can't leave zero and because this is by far, THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER USED OR BEEN TO. NOBODY answers the phone, no matter what time of day, afternoon, or evening, no matter what day of the week you call. The phone rings and then says "please leave a detailed message and we will get back to you" and then RINGS AGAIN and doesn't let you leave a message. Don't waste your time or business. Go elsewhere. TD bank customer service cannot even get through to them.
