        This location is on 86th st which has so many businesses are. And there is only one teller for this long line. Sigh. They must improve the service.

        Went in today the bank had one teller and about 8 people waiting in line. So I went to the manager Phillip Wong, did not want to help me or the teller. Customer service in this place is terrible

        The banker will say anything to get you open a banking account with Citi, and they will not keep their words for it. After few mths, I still haven't receive my promotional credits/bonus from opening a citi priority account. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!

        Their ATM took my cash deposit with technical problem. The customer service said it will take 10 business days for them to find out the result and possibly return my money. Do not bank with Citi. Worst ever.
