        very bad experience in this place I went to open a savings account with an itin number and they didn't even know how to do it or even try. So I went to 1523 Ave U and William treated me very well, it was very different. He helped me open my savings account without any problem and he even helped me make my deposit. I think they should put people with more desire to be able to help without making them feel less than others

        I would recommend Chase bank instead of Capital One because with Chase Bank I have been a customer for over 10 years and have always been impressed with the level of service I have received. I have found the customer service representatives to be knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They have always been able to answer my questions and resolve my issues quickly and efficiently.
