David is an incredibly knowledgeable and talented lawyer. My fianc and I started an application for a mortgage on an apartment we were pursuing in Park Slope about 2 months ago. We reached out to David as our real estate attorney and from the beginning he was professional and generously extended himself to help guide us through the entire process. He was expedient and very thorough in doing the due diligence on the apartment. He was always reachable and on top of everything to help move us along through the process as efficiently and skillfully as possible. When my partner and I had a problem with getting the mortgage from our bank, David was quick and stayed on top of everything to help us get our money back from escrow.
