The receptionist that answered my call was polite and professional. I was told I would get a phone call from the lawyer the next day at a particular time The following day I received the phone call from the lawyer, who was very polite and professional. Unfortunately, he does not handle those particular type of cases, and he will pass my information along to another lawyer for me if it was OK to do so and to expect a phone call I hope I will never need another lawyer in the future but if I do, his firm will be the first one I call
