My family and I had used Michael for landlord/tenant issues in the past with great success. When it came down to selling our multi-family building I knew I wanted Michael and his firm to represent us. He would project confidence, but without arrogance, as he would discuss with us on how we should proceed with every situation that occurred. He would discuss our issues, hear our questions and concerns and helped us understand the circumstances. He and his team were always available to us in every aspect of our closing. We arent just his clients; he has built a relationship with us. I would highly recommend his firm to anyone in need of a lawyer.

Michael Carr is an absolute professional and gentleman. We had a particularly challenging residential real estate closing that would have been a nightmare without him. There was an improperly abandoned oil tank on the property for which Michael was relentless in ultimately getting us compensation. He held the opposing lawyer accountable and got results. Michael is a great communicator and made us feel like we were always a priority whenever we reached out to him. Michael has also been a wealth of knowledge and insight in a variety of housing court matters over the years. I would 100% recommend Michael.
