Bank of America ATM

Went to deposit some $$. The ATM machine on the right's bill dispenser does not count bills very well and kicked back a handful of 20s multiple times that didn't have any noticeable damage. I retried 3 times to no avail and proceeded to call the listed help number to report ATM issues. After going through several prompts, I was told the office is closed for the holiday (President's Day) and was hung up on.

this location has 2 atm machines and both only accept contactless reader via smartphone. it is physically impossible to use a debit card to withdraw your cash. i should not be surprised with yet another disappointment from bank of america, but this seems absurd. you can enter the vestibule with your debit card but cannot do anything else.

Worthless service bya bailed out charity case of a bank that can't be bothered to service its ATM s. 20 minutes just to get either of both machines to accept all the bills I had to deposit here. Time is money and bank of America is a waste of both.

Standard bank of ATM's usually un-staffed. You can deposit checks and cash here.
