        Instead of directing your call -they leave you on hold. no point in paying someone to be that lazy.

        Absolutely the worst carpet install ever. Had them install again. Master bedroom went from 1 seams to 5, it was a patch job. Carpet didn't match and seams were horrid. Save yourself the aggravation go somewhere else.

        Really nice selection and helpful staff. If they need to special order your tile-I needed some more Interceramic plank tile-they can get it quickly. I renovated my shower with some tile they had on sale, and it turned out great. Also, the forklift operator was very careful putting tile into my truck, and made sure I got good & intact tile.
