CNY Wayne Limousines & Party Buses

I booked a party bus for a 50th Birthday Party…I was under the impression from what the owner Bob told me that this was a actual Party Bus. On top of being told a price for 6 hours and getting an email saying 6 hours with the amount I’m told the day before it was a mistake and only suppose to be 3 hours…he wouldn’t budge!! I was told there was a 46” TV, premium sound, fog machine, stripper pole, Etc. We had a scheduled pick up time for 6:30 for 7:30 dinner reservations. The driver called me at 6:30 to tell me he was running 10 minutes late…he showed up at 7:30…unacceptable!! They pulled up in a short school bus painted black!!! The stripper pole was a rod you would hang in a closet…awful sound system and a leaky AC unit. They totally misrepresented what I was getting…it was embarrassing to say the least. I was an hour late for dinner reservations I had for 22 people..we were all starving at that point. We leave dinner to go down the street to a bar and he’s going no more than 15 mph on route 10…the driver then proceeds to pull into a gas station, pop the hood and add oil and power steering fluid…another 20 minutes of my paid time sitting in a f’n gas station…I paid $600 for a busted up small school bus…I want my $ back at this point…no wonder why they demanded cash…stay far away…they don’t even deserve the 1 star!!! Monday 6-21 reached out via email to the owner Bob since no one would take my calls....they honestly could care less. I want to know why I was sitting in a gas station parking lot with a bus full of people for almost a half hour so he could put oil and power steering fluid in the bus. NO ONE WILL GIVE ME AN ANSWER!!! I feel I should be compensated in some way!!

Rented a party bus- price was reasonable, and the service was good. Clean vehicle. I liked some of the freebies they threw in. good experience
