I used kellz tow to send my car to shop the guy I spoke with said he knew a closer shop that was good my car ended up sitting on street for wk the shop he sent it too wanted me to sign my life away on contract I decide I'm not gonna the guy that towed it said he would tow it for free because he sent it there I said no u will get paid he said he can do it tonight I said no shop will be closed in the a.m he said ok he gets up 3am I call every number he provided no answer then someone picks up say he gonna get my car before noon then at noon I call him he say he on his way to my car then I call him hrs later he say he towing somebody else b4 me then hr or two later he say he getting my car I say cool then hr later he say he gonna send me invoice and the price is twice the amount every other tow driver was charging I say that's not what the guy told me where he at he said can't be reached his calls are going to my phone at this point I'm in a jam because he has my car and key at time so I complained but paid ....stay away from this towing company unprofessional crooks and definitely never let them refer you to 1 of there shops hope this post spares somebody from going through the head ache I went through

I was traveling to a funeral and my car broke down. I live two hours away and had no idea what to do. I googled tow companies in the area near my car. I called Kelly Towing as they had good reviews. I was alone and a female so I was out of my element as is. Not only did the owner continue to call while I was waiting for my vehicle to be towed, but he had a mechanic place. (Where we live we dont have mechanics on hand to help the same day). From the owner to the tow company and their mechanic shop I was treated so professionally. They actually cared and my car was ready in four hours. I cannot thank them enough making my already stressful day a lot better. I highly recommend Kelly Towing. If I lived down there I would be using their services.

I called desperate to have my car towed, as I broke down in a beach town. Jose was here in less than an hour. A lot was going on at my house right when he arrived, but Jose totally understood and took care of everything so I could get back to my life. And he got my car to its destination safely and timely. He really too a lot of stress away from my very stressful situation. Thank you Jose!!!!
