I've had the most wonderful experience with Mr. John Roussel and his team. They've been extremely kind and went above and beyond with every single step of the process, and were always available to answer any and all questions. As my first time home buying experience I was scared to say the least, but John and Melissa made it truly seamless and put my mind at ease. I had an amazing experience with iServe during my home buying experience, specifically with Charlye McKenna as my loan officer. As a first time home buyer, I had tons of questions about all that goes into buying a home both before we put in an offer and during the closing process. Charlye was quick to answer my calls and would always answer my questions and put me at ease. She was also able to get me a great deal on my loan, even in this difficult market.
