Working with Taylor was a phenomenal experience. I had so many questions about how the loan and all the options work. She told me about the different products available to me. Taylor knew how to explain it to me so that I could make an informed decision. When my online application was missing some documents, she let me email them to her instead of just leaving me to try uploading them to the form. Little things like that show her level of care. One example of her incredible responsiveness is when I was on the phone to close the purchase and I needed the reference number. I texted Taylor asking what it was and she responded with the answer within minutes. I highly recommend working with Taylor on a loan.

Absolutely the best lending experience for a first time home buyer. She has been so helpful in answering all of our questions and so great at explaining so we understand everything. Taylor recently helped us close on our home in Dayton, NV. She made the entire experience pain free with minimal stress. She was extremely responsive when we had questions/concerns no matter the time of day. Communication was definitely a strong point in our buying experience. We never had to guess what the next step would be as it was clearly communicated with us prior! Taylor is amazing! We were purchasing a home out of state and Taylor was professional, friendly and helpful. She was all in with us every step of the way. We Had a great experience with Taylor. She is very professional and very knowledgeable. She was very quick to respond to all forms of communication. It can be stressful when buying a house.
