One trust home loans has been a god send for my family and I. First off, I want to thank Rodney and his team on the lender side. They also sent me my realtor, Jennifer and on both sides the service was impeccable. I haven't even closed yet and am rushing to give them their 5 star reviews. They made the impossible happen for us. We were so tight on money and thought we would never qualify let alone find a home we actually loved. Jennifer went out of her way to make sure each home I wanted to look at, we looked at the same or the next day. She made sure we wasted no time. She was there for me any time I called her to make sure I stayed calm and collected in my worries. She kept assuring me everything would work out. Rodney also went above and beyond to make sure we got into our home. They are extremely quick and responsive with emails, calls or texts. They went out of their way to try to make sure we got into the home. We close in a few days and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism and compassion. Had an fantastic experience with Morgan Brantner, she makes getting the information easy and understandable and gives me weekly updates on my loan process! I took several months to get my credit repaired before I actually started the process and I could easily and quickly reach out to Morgan with my questions and she would give me sound suggestions.

Based on my experience, they have refused to answer my questions or address my concerns as a first time buyer. They want my information about financial matters. But refused to answer any of my questions.
