I just recently worked with Brandon Taylor on closing on a loan for my first home in Reno. Brandon and his team are exceptional, and were available at all times of the day to answer every question and concern that I had. Brandon was able to run a number of different scenarios with me to make sure I was getting the best possible deal and close with a loan I was comfortable paying off. Brandon was able to not only run each cost scenario with me but walk me through every line of the loan and explain each and every cost that was associated to it. So thankful for him and his team making my first purchase such a breeze!

Brandon was the lender when buying my first home. I was so stressed and overwhelmed with what I needed to do. Brandon was my rock. He walked me through every step of the process and explained everything in laymans terms so I felt confident every step of the way. He will be my lender for any ms every future purchase! Dustin from CrossCountry Mortgage went above and beyond to earn my business. As a first time home buyer I didnt understand the different mortgage options and truly was confused. The most important part to me was that Dustin took the time to educate me on all my options and made himself available anytime I had a question. During the process I was shopping other mortgage lenders only because the rate seemed astronomically high. This was due to the market and had nothing to do with CrossCountry. However, Dustin went out of his way to pull an amortization schedule which provided a side by side comparison of the other lenders rates with CrossCountrys rates to provide me the visual I needed to make my decision. After seeing everything on paper it was a no brainer to sign with CrossCountry! Thank you Dustin for all that you do and dealing with my shenanigans. Youre a true asset to CrossCounty Mortgage and the level of customer service you provide is unheard of!
