This is the second full home loan I have secured through Jill Lyons and her team at CMG Financial. With two loans and one refi behind us, I cannot imagine working with another lender. Not only does Jill and her team make the entire process clear, easy to follow, and as seamless as possible, but also, their commitment to customer service is of the highest order. I could reach Jill and her team over the phone or via email throughout the day or evening for the most strategic or most tactical of questions. They were always keen to respond, to support, and to solve problems. Beyond the process of loan approval, Jill adds additional layers of connectivity throughout the year with messages, well wishes, kind outreach, and recognition of significant dates or events. We've built a long term relationship with CMG and I anticipate mutual continued investment and cultivation of that relationship over the coming years.

Our home buying journey started 2 years back. As first-time home buyers in ultra-competitive bay area market, having Jill and her team to help us with loan pre-approvals and loan closing made it easy. We were introduced to Jill by our Realtor. Jill is super easy to work with, professional, trustworthy, resourceful and knowledgeable. She walked us through the entire process with clarity and answering even the smallest of our doubts. She and her team were always reachable for any of our questions. Occasionally, we even had to reach out to her and her team on weekends and we received the same courteous response from her team. Even in closing, Jill and her team were always on top of things, following up on multiple things at the same time. They were always reachable when we had any questions. Jill and her team accomplished a seemingly unattainable task. She took over our loan application that has been jeopardized by our previous lender. With only 2 weeks remaining in our contract to close, we are in serious jeopardy and will end up losing our earnest deposit. Jill and her team took over, fast tracked the loan processing, and closed our loan on time. All done in 2 weeks. This is the 6th property that we have purchased. I have never experienced a more satisfying and smooth process that Jill provided. Me and my entire family are indebted to Jill forever! Thank you Jill!
