        Why did my line end today the 11th I went to pay for it and they don't even catch the GB on the TV what a bad service I don't understand if I just paid for it right when it runs out

      Hello Sayuri, thank you for your comment! Cricket is a prepaid company, so we work on billing cycles. Payments for service must be made before the new cycle begins. Therefore, if your payment date is today, you are still in the billing cycle that started last month, and your new cycle will start tomorrow, thus restarting the usage count for features such as hotspot, mobile data, international calling minutes, etc. If you need additional help, please contact our support team on Facebook (m.me/cricketwireless) or Twitter (@cricketsupport) or contact one of our CUSTOMER SUPPORT specialists at 1-800-CRICKET (1-800-274- 2538).
