I stopped to do a little shopping in Walmart. Came out one of my tires was almost flat. I remembered there was a tire shop just down the street so I went down there. I went in explained my situation there was no wait. They got right on it . Everyone at Firestone tires was very helpful and very knowledgeable and I appreciate their help. Thank you all!

My car was brought in for service on 03/19/2024. At the completion of the service another service was recommended. The mechanic at Firestone stated that a belt was cracked and needed repair and the cost would be a little over $200. I declined service and brought my car to another mechanic for the repair as they quoted me a lower price. I brought my car in and was advised by the shop that the belt was absolutely fine. I have lost my trust in this shop.

Whatever you need done don't come here because they don't use new parts. We brought a Ford transit van here 2/2 for front brakes and 3/6 today they had to replace my brakes again after only driving 5k miles. Like I'm not a mechanic but I know brakes last longer than 25k if you're not ripped off.. I should of listened to Tire choice when they said you will pay less money but the work you will be coming back because they don't do it right. So do yourself a favor and just pay the extra money elsewhere. Update: I've called the customer service and got a case# and the area manager was supposed to reach out to me 5 days later and noone has contacted me. So no I will not email anyone for Firestone does not care after they already took your money.
