    This place is amazing. I had been experiencing inflammation in my body and had a headache when I went in, and after 3 minutes in the instacryo my head was so much better and the pain in my lower back was better. I tried the infrared sauna today with cryo and I feel great! The staff is so friendly and helpful! I had so many questions and they were so kind in answering them all. I never felt pressured to purchase anything which I really appreciated. I highly recommend instacryo!!!

    Staff was nice when I purchased the package deal for over 300 but towards the end, started to show their true colors. They began giving me rooms with broken doors on the sauna which made it hard to get the proper temperature or rooms with no television, no water, and only one towel. But even after my plan ended, I added another 3 sessions just to give them another chance. Nope. Not a good idea. Because then I couldn't seem to get one appointment for a time I wanted. So one day i just went in. Now, I RARELY see other people either before me or after me but I saw one couple and two other people all waiting at one time. It was very strange to see that many people. The staff member was no where to be seen. One of the people waiting started asking me questions about the place and I was simply answering with my experience. When the staff member finally came out from the back, the couple was pointing their finger at me telling the staff member I had all kinds of complaints. I don't know why but those people gave me a really bad feeling. Not nice people. To make things even worse, there was one new girl I had never seen before that was always very rude on the phone and in person. Well, one time during a phone conversation I had booked a room but had to cancel so I called and got this girl. I don't think she canceled the session from my plan because the last time I went in, I had to pay for a single session. I'm 99% sure I still had one more but after the last couple of months, I'm happy to leave and not come back. So that was my last session. Update after reply which took over 2 months: So apparently, privacy is not a concern. This place uses my name multiple times in the reply. That's a GIANT red flag right there. No respect for privacy. I have been to this place over 20 times and the reply seems to focus on one single day where all the internet and wifi went out. In the same reply, they insist that I must make an appointment so clearly I made an appointment but all wifi was out so why would they keep the appointment?? Instead, the staff waited until I got there to tell me it's been out all day. Attack on staff character would be true since the character of the rude female was bad. I don't need to know them personally to experience very nasty attitude. What a silly reply. The reply also mentions things that they try this twisted logic to explain it's "impossible" but it happened and if you really want to test it, I have pictures that I'll now be attaching to your page. I was holding back before to see how you reply but the reply was basically trying to blame me for having a bad experience?? Hard pass. The girl did not tell me I would be charged. I specifically even asked her if i would. But trying to act like she didn't snap at me and give me a bad attitude isn't going to change that. Nice try. The reply I got from the owner makes me happy to leave this place. Funny because I was just thinking about getting a sauna this week. Now I can see they like to blame customers for their problems. Even if the other 36 reviews are good, I would find another place. Plenty of others.

    This place is so awesome! I do a lot of physical activity while obese so it can be hard on the body. Cryotherapy helps with recovery, sleep, energy, and everything. I love have my own personal sauna and love localized cryo. I have had joint issues with hiking and weight lifting and the cryo clears it up. I'm also doing cryoskin and this is awesome too. Whenever I come in the owners keep conversation going and we talk about interesting topics. Side note: They have awesome candles here. I buy from all over and get great burn time on the candles here.

Richard Soltis what changed?When you visited on 12/15/2023 all Network Wifi/Phone was down during the afternoon. You walked in for a Sauna with no appointment this day, (which assuming you tried to call and network was down) Our staff still accommodated you to an Infrared Sauna Room. Emphasized the situation on all Network being down, in which you understood and insisted on getting to a Sauna room as a Walk In. Hence Online, Front of Entrance we state APPOINTMENT ONLY. Stating staff "Showing our true Colors" is an attack on our staff's Character whilst you do not know any of our staff members personally that statement is out the window. We believe 99.99% of our clients can vouch on that. Our Mission is to make the best first Impression with a New Client and to uphold that impeccable service either it be a 2nd visit or the 300th visit.All of our Saunas are inspected before and after each use etc. Our Clearlight Infrared Sauna Doors could not be Broken, they are Glass and Doors would not open or close if this was the Case, thus (a) Infrared Sauna would be out of Order if it were Broken.All Infrared Sauna Rooms Have their own TV, Fridge with Spring Water Bottles stocked, Freshly Folded Abundance of Towels and Towels placed in Sauna for you before your Appointment. We have even went as far as offering a FLOW WATER Dispenser in the Lobby FREE Electrolyte, Akaline Filtered 7 Times to all of our Guest to Enjoy.As any Business, there is Spikes in Rush Hours and Slow Times throughout the day, Dec 15 was a busy day on our Schedule. Before you arrived Dec 15 our front desk Staff member was guiding an appoint to the room, so it seems impossible the Front Lobby to be unattended for more than a few seconds. As for the Couple you mentioned pointed their finger at you, we apologize if you had a bad experience with other clients on this day.Richard, sorry that you may have had a Bad Experience with Erica our front Desk Employee. Richard, we have a Cancellation Policy as we respect all of our Clients Appointments, Time and Schedule and we ask our Clients to do the same also. When you called to Cancel your infrared Sauna Session Appointment 1 Hour Before its Scheduled time, per our Cancelation Policy it is marked as used. Erica stated this on the phone with you during your call.This is where the confusion you state that you have 1 Remaining Infrared Sauna Session. Richard we wish you all the best in your Life Endeavors and respect your wishes to part ways with Instacryo Wellness Spa.
