Dallaswhite preformed remediation on two of my properties in Alabama after Hurricane Sally and one in Louisiana after Hurricane Ida, a year later. They were recommended to us by my local roofer because they had done remediation on his Father's home. They were able to locate moisture problems within ceilings, walls and floors using their equipment that I do not believe we would have been found until/or if mold would have made the damage apparant. This company is very professional and easy to work with. They first packed my belongings into pods and then removed all of the wet and damaged materials, then treated and dried out the homes. They left the properties super clean and the employees are friendly and courteous. They document all of the damage and present it to your insurance carrier in the same programs that the carrier uses. I was amazed at the detail of the report and I feel like the claims process went smoother because of all of the documentation. I am so thankful to have had Dallaswhite in these times of need and I love knowing that my properties are once again safe to live in. I have now recommended them to a few friends that have had great experiences as well and I am writing this review because after being in this situation with three properties within a year, I know how scary and difficult it is work through the claims process. I'm SO glad to have found Dallas White Restoration, they're absolutely amazing! When I first suspected mold from water damage I started calling around. Most places either didn't answer or were very robotic in their explanation of services. 4 calls later I got to Dallas White & wish I'd called them first! I spoke to Debbie & she was so kind & understanding & gave me step by step info on the entire process & what to expect. She set it up for Chuck to come test for mold & he was prompt, professional & so very courteous & patient w all my questions. I felt like between Debbie & Chuck helping me, everything would be okay, and it was! They were really flexible w scheduling the repair crew to come out and those guys did a great job as well! Communication, promptness, pricing & general kindness are all very important especially in these situations, and Dallas White Restoration TRULY earned all 5 stars! Highly highly recommend!!! I highly recommend using Dallas White. We had a toilet leak which flooded our upstairs guest bathroom and two adjoining bedrooms. Dallas White came in and their crew took care of everything. The quality of work was exceptional!
