Great anime store! The two workers there were super nice and friendly and made our experience great! They even helped my daughter find stuff from characters she liked and we had great conversation and found some cool stuff to take home!! Would definitely recommend!

Stopped by on a slow weekend to see the clerk watching anime in an empty store. I have no mind for him doing this and was glad to see they even enjoyed what their store was about. Anyways, wanted to pick up some xbox 360 classics and browsed their wares for a bit. Ended up picking up these two copies of the Bioshock/Oblivion combo with Oblivion already in the case on display, and The Darkness. Both games still needed a disc so the clerk has to grab them for you when you check out which is typically the case for a retro game store. As the clerk(which I assume is Mario because that was the name on my receipt) grabs the copies I dont double check the cases because I figure its a relatively small selection of games and drawer they keep them in shouldnt been too difficult to find. But after paying and leaving the store and doing other errands throughout the day, after arriving home finding it to be the wrong game entirely. I dont know if Mario thought it was a double elder scrolls feature or if Bioshock was already in there but not Oblivion but then why would they just give me Skyrim, I dont know but it was upsetting because I dont even live in town anymore and to travel back to have it situated would be a hassle because I was just visiting Vegas. Rating is reflective of my personal experience with multiple retro gaming stores and in comparison to their product, services and pricing. Store was relatively small. Prices were bit higher than typical but in a reasonable range. Variety of different hobbies welcomed and allowed to game out on some sofas in the shop. I think the store is a bit too small to have such a vast range of different hobbies but nice to see the aspiration.

Was a cute store and I liked the anime and video game collab, but we werent greeted until a man came out and said hello. The girl dressed as a maid was quiet and very standoff-ish. Didnt know the price of the items we brought up. Afterwards they did not thank us for business. Please teach your employees to show friendliness. Itll help your business grow.

Business Response on Google May 7th, 2024
Hi James I greatly apologize for any confusion. I'm not sure when you are in town in the future but definitely when you come back we will make this right for you I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and we do hope that you continue to shop with us in the future. Also on a side note we are in the process of attempting to find larger spaces we do realize that we have a lot of offerings and at the moment this space is all we have available but we still want to provide as much as we can for people. This particular store has two businesses in one.
