We were on our way from La Paz Mx to our home in Canada, while in Mexico our dog Boo was diagnosed with Diabetes. The treatment offered by Veterinarians in Mexico was barely adequate. By the time we arrived in Las Vegas our 14 year old dog was struggling, she was dehydrated and facing bouts of vomiting and diarrhea, we thought the end was near for our dog. We didn't know where to go when we happened to drive by Tropicana Animal Hospital. Lucky for us they were very accomodating being a walk in clinic. After a short wait we were in an exam room and were met by Dr Babette SanMartin. She is a "ROCK STAR" She analysed the situation and came up with a treatment plan that included an overnight hospitalization in order to stabalize and rehydrate Boo. The next day we attended back to the clinic to pick up Boo. We were apprehensive because the last time we saw Boo she was doing so bad. Dr. SanMartin came in with Boo and she was like a new dog, we were so relieved. Dr. SanMartin explained what had happened to Boo and set us up with medication to get us back home, she was so caring and compassionate, we just cannot say enough good things about this hospital and our experience. The front desk staff was fantastic and compassionate as well. In our observation this clinic is run the way all clinics should be run, it isn't the Gucci flashy hospital that is only there to empty your pockets. This clinic is there to help pets and is very reasonably priced, everything was explained and priced before hand so there was no surprises as you checked out. This clinic is awesome, don't hesitate to take your pet there, you will get fantastic treatment for your pets.

Outstanding in all aspects of my dogs health. George iis a awesome veterinarian who cares not only for your pet, but the owner as well.
