        Very unprofessional. We made an appointment for Van Hoove to come to our home to give us an estimate and advise. My wife took off work early for the appointment. They called 15 minutes before the appointment and cancelled saying the traffic was too heavy and he wouldnt be able to get home on time. When I questioned him, he told me to get someone else and hung up.
