Sylvan Learning of Blue Diamond/Mountain's Edge

I scheduled an appointment with Jennifer to meet with Tina today and she was a no show. I was told Tina is the Executive Director of this location as well as the owner. I didn't even get a courtesy phone call to let me know she was running behind or was unable to meet me. I took time off of work today and it was a complete waste of my time. Obviously there is a lack of professionalism and care about a potential client.

I know the local owner of this business and she has over 10 years experience working at another Sylvan before she opened her own. She takes great care of her team and delivers outstanding customer service! So glad there's a Sylvan in Blue Diamond now!

A wonderful and warm staff with tutors who go above and beyond! Sylvan did testing to show me what exactly each child needed fundamentally to get on and above grade level. Now both of my kids are actually excited to go see their tutors. BOTH of my children (2nd and 4th graders) have a better understanding of math and reading concepts and skills! Everyone at this location is welcoming and I cant thank them enough! I love the Blue Diamond Sylvan location!
