Have now used LST ( or La Seine Travel ) agency 5 times. First 4 were in China, and were good. Most buses have A/C. Tour guides are very good, and so are most drivers. Some hotels good, but others old, government buildings, etc. I would give them 4 stars.
Spain tour on the other hand was botched. They went to many extents to pinch every penny possible, (bad flights, really old hotels, only breakfast meals, etc). In all fairness, the bus was newer and first rate. Promised us a English / Chinese speaking guide, and instead we got a nice guide with bad Cantonese / Mandarin. Guide was not native Chinese, and did his best, but this resulted in miscommunications on multiple days stops. Hotels were some times 2 star. I know they are Google ranked as 3 star, but in the world of hotels, think Super 8, or Motel 6 type of lodging that is located in industrial areas, at times far from food or convenience. They did get us a Holiday Inn Express one night though (at airport). We spent the last day switched over to the English speaking bus, and it was like night and day compared to the tour we had spent the week with. Much better all around.
