Absolutely the worse experience, (in my opinion an unethical company). I highly recommend NOT using this company. I booked a tour for my family (my wife and two small children ages 2 and 6 years old). I checked the weather and outside of being a little chilly there were no issues. We had an 11:40 tour which means we had to check in by 10:45. Little did anyone know that there was a freakish snow storm and rainstorm from Flagstaff all the way up to the Antelope. After calling ahead to advise that the road conditions are unsafe of course there is no answer because they were not open. and then we arrive at 10:45 and no one is there to receive us as conditions get worse I decided to return as the snowy conditions to get back through Flagstaff nor the rain was letting up. Despite our communications with them the morning of the storm, and numerous request since they refuse to refund the approx $900 we paid referring to their cancellation policy that because they did not close due to weather conditions they will not refund us. They are not disputing the harsh unsafe conditions. This is unfair and in my opinion not an ethical business.
