        An agency which mainly takes in customers from mainland China. Lousy transportation organisation e.g. from hotel to Universal Studio California was barely a 35mins drive, we ended up 2.5hr on a crowded 14 seater van. If you don't want to encounter cultural shock and unpleasant experience, avoid this travel agency at all cost.
