        If there is any negative review, I would like to give it to this Booking agency. I had the worst experiencewith this Booking agency. Firstly their communication is weak, their call centres don't work at all. When I tried to contact their emergency call centre, they only operatein Spanish. Firstly, due to some technical error, they booked my car return time a few hours earlier than I requested. When I attempt to fix it, they did not respond quickly, it takes at least24 hours for themto reply back (that too only emails), I am reallynot sure on which time they work. One representative sends an email but that rep won't answer calls or respondwhen I need assistance. Due to early returntime I lost $150 and I got a messagefrom them that I am liable for this payment. This is ridiculous, I lost money because of their technical issue. I would like to stay away from them and never ever book with them anymore.

You made the reservation yourself in your client space and selected 19:30, which was successfully booked.Regarding your attempt to contact us, we have checked with our phone company and found no record of calls from you on our emergency line, which is available 7 days a week until 22:00. Additionally, we do not have a Spanish language line; our primary languages are French or English. It seems there may have been a mix-up with the phone number dialed.Regarding your email request to change the return time of the vehicle to 11:30 pm instead of 7:30 pm, please note that all car rental companies require direct contact for such modifications during the rental period. This is crucial for managing our vehicle fleet and ensuring that customers who booked after you are not inconvenienced by long wait times during pick-up. Jessika's response to your request reiterated this policy.Regarding the $150 in expenses you mentioned, these are associated with taxi trips you took and are not related to any booking errors on our part.
