Impressive services. They were kind, prompt and polite. I will recommend these guys to anyone needs help for their tires. Definitely I will change all my tires with these guys.

Great customer service, very timely work. I came in around 9:00am on a weekday and everyone was in and out in under 30 to 45 minutes all afternoon. I stayed so long because I was dealing with a pesky third party warranty company and Damian stepped up and got it taken care of. Thank you guys so much for simplifying a process that I didn't have the slightest clue about. Really took the stress away!

I had to give a star or it would let me post. Second time , after tire rotation , they did not secure the tire rim little cap that displays car logo. Watch theft missing report filed abt a year ago. Customer service to many hands in trying to sell. When not needed. I feel cuz I was female! Now I am done doing business with them after 30 years !

On 03/19/2024, I went to this location for my usual tire rotation and rebalance. For information, my Infinitis 4 rims and 4 tires were bought from Discount Tire. After looking at my tires, which were purchased on 02/2015 and date coded 4514 (manufactured in November 2014), the Salesperson (i cannot remember his name as i was so angry at him) said that he cannot help me as the tires were 10 years old. I told him that the tires were exactly 9 years and 4 months old, but insisted that it was 10 years old as it is 2024 right now, and the tires were manufactured in 2014. We went back and forth inside the store with this argument. He finally said that he was going to have the rebalancing and rotation done. While the car was being worked on, i noticed this Salesperson going back and forth talking to the technician doing the rotation and rebalancing. I did not make anything of it at that time. As I was driving home, the cars steering wheel was shaking very violently above 45 mph in the freeway. I immediately proceeded to the Discount Tire Store in Blue Diamond as it was near my home. The Salesperson checked the tires and noted that were were close to 10 years old, but were okay to be worked on. He also noted that all the old balance weights were in the wheels together with some newer ones. He said this was strange. He had the tires rebalanced. I watched the technician take all the weights off the wheels and rebalanced them. The car is fine again with no more front end vibration and shaking. Just wondering what the Discount Tire Maryland Parkway location do to my wheels/tires??? There should be repercussions for these acts. Thank you Discount Tire Blue Diamond for fixing the terrible wrong that the other location did.
