        Discount Tire as a company is great. However, this particular store's service is sub-par. I gave very clear directions on what I needed, and they were not followed, resulting in me having to wait when I picked up my car. I've been there twice in the last two days, and I have to go back AGAIN because they balanced the rear wheels incorrectly, and I have a vibration in the rear.

        I had a low tire symbol come up in my car, so came in to have tires checked and filled with air as needed. Had my windshield wipers changed as well. The worker was knowledgable and super cordial. Thank you.
