They rip people off. Most likely they have moved into their next scam. THEY HAVEN'T RESPONDED IN OVER A YEAR. Called their lawyers the first time and said they'd contact them to respond. Just called them now 10/2 and we'll see if they return my call. Receptionist said there wasn't a lawyer available, but hadn't heard of anyone else complaining. If they don't call back I'd say they are involved.

I owed over $100,000 on three contracts and it took a little bit of time but i was able to rid my self of the ongoing maintenance fees and i was refunded $87,000. Thank you for all your help!

We were robbed, plain and simple. We have a timeshare that was legitimately pushed down our throats and completely misrepresented; should have been an open and shut case. Exit Legally touted their ability to get us out not only from under huge maintenance fees but also a sizable refund. We trusted them, their sales pitch was as good as the timeshare company. We paid a large upfront fee and were told we would need to pay a monthly retainer payment until our case was resolved. They told us it took an average of 10 months to exit the contract. We contacted them at about the eight month mark because we heard nothing from them. We were told to wait, it takes time. They asked me to write an exit letter and specifically stated not to tell the timeshare company that they were involved. After a year of waiting and constantly trying to find out any information, their phone went dead. If anyone did pick up the phone, they hung up immediately. We contacted their legal representatives who tried to contact them as well, but they blew us off too (makes me think of "Better Call Saul" from TV). I'm a 100% disabled veteran on a fixed income and even with that knowledge they still ripped us off. Please do not use a "timeshare exit LLC" they are con artists. Just call the timeshare company and see what they are willing to do.
