      image Worst company to do business with- VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and will be reported to the BBB. I filed my taxes 03/06/21 - it is now 04/08/21 and still have not had my taxes filed!! Been getting the run around from their Customer Sevice, to the office itself. Website first said voided for a whole month, I was the one who had to do the leg work and follow up with them, when I asked for the status - they mentioned oh, there is a problem. Why wasn’t this a priority to relay the information and get it situated. Now I have to mail in my filings, which will now be about a year to receive my returns because of their errors. WORST COMPANY!!!
      What is the purpose of filing guarantee, when they can’t even do it right the first time?!
