Monday, May 17 2021:
What an awful experience. From the first moment she, the only worker there, had bad attitude. I arrived to my 3:00 appointment late by five minutes and the woman had already given the appointment to another that arrived early for their 3:15 appointment. After arguing about grace periods I sat to fill out the forms and kept telling myself there is no way I'm going to get her best effort now... although hesitant, I pushed on until I see she wants $400 to do my very simple taxes. I told the worker that it's a RIPOFF and she just left me. I had to retrieve my documents and personal I'd from her desk as she was just ignoring me now. Although this has not been typical of past years service, turnI'm positive it's just her. I am wincing just thinking about hat day and I'd prefer to forget it. I will not be using JH for my taxes in the future.
Oh, and the account I have online has another person's, along with mine, tax documents and very personal information scanned and put into my account. Makes me wonder if they accidentally put mine under someone else's account and I just pray they are like me and just report it.
