        AZ resident looking at houses in Las Vegas. Stopped by Jackson Hewitt in LV to have taxes done. I still have AZ addr. and AZ drivers license. 1099s have AZ addr. AZ has. state income tax but NV does not. Person at JH doesnt do a state income tax. Next day I noticed there was no state form probably shouldve noticed it immediately but Debbie text Express Im not thats why I paid $214. I go to the same JH office. Eric that time the lady that was there said she would do it. Very friendly very nice she noticed a mistake the person most likely skipped the state income tax because Nevada does not have one so she did the state income tax for me and charge me $70 I paid $214 to make sure my tax return was done properly. For that fee I should not have to locate their mistake. I dont feel I should have to pay $70 to fix the mistake they made. I will never use them again.

        They really need to train these ppl better wow I sat for 2 hours + just to have to get up and leave wout them being completed because the lady had no idea what she was doing. I rescheduled for another location just to be told the previous lady didn't save any of the 2+ hours worth of work she already completed like I thought. WRONG APPARENTLY. So now I'm sitting here at a different location same issue my appt was at 5 sat for 30 mins waiting and it's already 7 pm. SMH Sad times we live in. But you want me to pay you for tax prep tho. Pro will go somewhere completely different next year. Iv been a JH customer for several years ans this is the worst Iv ever experienced with them. So now it's 706 and I'm being told that I'm going to have to come back for a third time because it's 7 o'clock and they need to close. I most likely will be going somewhere completely different if I have to come back for a third time. Horrible business practice. Maybe it's because I'm in Las Vegas this year and Las Vegas ppl are as dumb as a box of rocks can't wait to leave this trash heap at the end of the year!!
