Bad customer service. He nearly attacked me because I wasn't satisfied with the $450 fee he demanded for tax services. Despite agreeing beforehand to my budget of $350, he proceeded with the service and then insisted on $450. When I asked for the $150 estimate I had given him the week before, he acted aggressively. He knows nothing about customer service. I won't ever go back to him again.

The lic. Valerio was very professional when my husband and I went to do the taxes and he detected some past errors that had occurred in the previous two years of taxes and he solved them.

I felt like a was scammed; i asked how much to file tax; and he said- let me check, then he do the filing without telling me upfront how much the cost, after the filing he ask for 350$ fee, he said because i have 2 taxes the state and local. He trick me for that. I had H&R block for filing before and it only cost me 150$ for both the taxes.

What can be said about this place, for me it was the best experience and help that I had never found anywhere else without offending others, but I recommend it and I give them my best rating, more than 5 stars. Thank you very much for your help and we we see greetings and good luck
