John is just Outstanding!! He goes way out of his way doesn't matter how late to get the job done! He saved me much money and helped us find it other areas to gain back in taxes... Is extremely good, has become a great friend and I am glad to refer everybody that I can to him. I only wish I knew him over the last 10 years instead of the last 2 as I would have had a lot more money in my pocket plus a very good price for what he does... You could not go wrong with John!

My husband and I have been clients of Paramoumt for the past eight yrears. Unfortunately, MULTIPLE negative experiences with our "then" tax firm, from our preparer quitting and the next two dying, with no notification or taking over of our return by any one, at a firm where multiple tax professionals were employed, apt and aware. We were in need of a tax S.O.S! My search for help led us here. John Williams, was there to help fix what our prior firm broke. Here both our personal and business taxes were reconciled, and our new LLC., was established under the professional guidance that extended well beyond the tax season.

I feel very fortunate to have found Paramount Tax to prepare my taxes this year. I have worked with other companies in the past, but the level of service I received from John excelled far beyond the others. He was patient, diligent, and very transparent. No fancy bells, or whistles - just an easy going guy who works hard and loves what he does. Thanks again John for all your hardwork, we appreicate you!!!

Is this office still in operation? Met with John 2 Saturdays ago. First meeting turned out to be productive, however, since then have not heard back from him. Tried calling and emailing him but no response whatsoever. Worried as he has our documents. Tried reaching out as well to the other locations and I was told that a lot of people have called and asked about him as well. Does anyone know what's going on in this office or with John?

Avoid this company. Here is the termination email I just sent John:
Hi John,
You should be ashamed of yourself and how youve treated Mackenzie and myself since we engaged you to do our taxes back in February.
You blew off multiple scheduled calls, promised our taxes four weeks ago, dont respond to communications (at this point its about 10 emails and half a dozen calls/emails), and have screwed us over as we now have to scramble to find a CPA to do our taxes last minute.
At every step of the way you were unprofessional. Shame on us for believing you would come through based on your google reviews.
Its also hard to believe that your assistant left us a message on Friday stating that you had your hip replaced when this was never mentioned by you and is in contrast to the response you left on the previous one-star review left on google.
Either your hip replacement story is a farce or you elected to have your hip replaced in the middle of tax season and never let your clients know. Either way youre being dishonest.
Youre fired.
Please discard all of our personal documents. Your authorization to do our 2022 taxes is now revoked.
